The basics of using the site

Stylish.com.sa uses a third party in the payment and shipping process. In the event of any failure by us, we follow up and process it with the third party, and any failure by one of these parties is outside our responsibility.

Stylish.com.sa will ship the order to the address provided to us. The shipping takes from five to ten  working days maximum to areas in Saudi Arabia.

Damaged products
Stylish.com.sa ensures that all products are new, unused, and undamaged. However, if any product damage is found, please notify us within three days of receipt of the product. Stylish.com.sa will replace the product according to the replacement and return policy.
Replacement and return terms and policies:
Replacement and return policy You can return all products from stylish.com.sa except lingerie, lingerie, nightwear,  and perfumes.

In the event that a wrong product arrives at you, or a shipment arrives in a bad condition, stylish.com.sa will bear all shipping and replacement costs, and if you wish to exchange or return for any other reason, stylish.com.sa will not incur any shipping costs. On that.

If the customer purchases products through Visa, MasterCard or Mada cards, and the customer wishes to recover the amount, compensation will be reimbursed by returning the payment to the same Visa or MasterCard card purchased. The redemption period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment intermediary) provided to the service.
If the customer receives free shipping for products worth more than SR 400 and wants to return the products, the Stylish shop is entitled to re-calculate the free shipping cost
If I am not satisfied with my order, can I refund my payment?

 If the order is pre-paid by credit/debit card, we provide our customers with a full refund service on the credit/debit card, you can return the products and request a refund of the payment to the credit card.
 Just log in to your account and make a return request within 14 days from the date you receive the product, be sure not to use it while keeping the product in original condition and not messing with it.
 You can choose whether you want to recover the amount paid on your balance in stylish or on your credit/debit card, in this way you have terminated the method.
 In your payment upon receipt we will return the amount to your Stylish account.
